One of the best voices gracing the world of pop music, a beauty with a trillion dollar smile, Whitney Houston seemed to find little peace.
Yet her talent remains incandescent.

she will be missed. loved her work. the clarity and quality of her voice was phenomenal. RIP.
RIP to one of the voices of my childhood. I can already feel the media sizing Bobby up to be a scapegoat. But I think it’s much more complicated than that. I think both Whitney and Bobby connected by a common trait of wanting to be loved. Both hit the road performing professionally at a young age. No matter how good the parents are, the life of a child professional entertainer is full of emptiness and neglect. It’s unavoidable. And to compound matters in Bobby’s case, he was an orphan, if I’m not mistaken. I think that was the true sickness Bobby and Whitney had. That was the disease. The drug use was the symptom. RIP Whitney.

Ah, well…
Heart….breaking. And beautiful. Thanks, Listener.
What an instrument she had.
(And I fixed the post where the sometimes irritating WordPress messed with it.)
Hope all is well at your end of the world.
What an amazing voice. I second your thoughts Ronald.
