An old and gorgeous version by the incomparable Ms. Aretha Franklin.

And the singular version that, in 1964, guaranteed Sam Cooke immortality.

    Loved this piece, music brings back very special memories. I wouldn’t trade being a young man & peace officer during theses years forward, saws lots, learned lots. Today’s social scene is equal to black & white film of old vs vivid technicolor of the past, no comparison!
