I’m on KNBC’s The Filter tonight at 7:30 p.m. with Fred Roggin. I think my segment is on around 7:45-ish.
We’ll be talking about how and why California behaved a lot more sanely than some of the other states in the union. (Okay, those are my words, not NBC’s. But you get the idea.)
As usual, I’ll post the video later, but you can watch it online in real time here or on your TV at digital channel 4.2.
Hope you gave ’em hell, Celeste. The media has just been awful this election season. A bunch of house seats and governors chairs that likely would have changed no matter who was president or what the country was like, yet instead of objectively reporting the counter argument as to whether or not this entire election was a 100%, scientific, sure proof referendum on Obama, they went with the sensationalist angle and bid to the lowest denominator. Squeaky wheel gets the grease, and the extreme right was the squeakiest wheel this year. That’s why I don’t believe the Democrats should take Evan Bayh’s advice. You’ve got to be a star to make it in politics today, and you don’t become a star by appeasing critics.
