It appears that Bush fired one to few Federal Prosecutors. My understanding, and I acknowledge that I haven't looked deeply into it, is that the federal prosecuters went to Mexico and offered this guy immunity. I'm not convinced that justice was done, but perhaps the law was satisfied. Since I routinely deal with clients who really struggle with addiction on a daily basis, I have little sympathy for those bringing drugs in, or in selling them.
